3rd floor of the town house design, dossier design
Summary
This project is a group work designing the townhouse in the neighborhood Annex.
My assigned floor is the 'Third floor'. Together, the team designed a clean,
neutral, and bright home - purposefully simple to celebrate the originality of the Annex by allowing people to experience the neighborhood through large, framed, “stage-like” windows, thereby celebrating the neighborhoods’ theatrical history and joining together the old and new.
Concept
Dossier-3rd floor
The overall concept of the third floor is modern, simple, and clean. Neutral colors and points of green are used with horizontal lines. Also, the texture of the wood and stone gives a natural mood to the space. With large, staged-like windows and millwork, it will join the old and new of the neighborhood, Annex
